RIZE work is both the remedy and the enemy to stressed systems. Imagine how the quality of life those who work within our organizations would improve if they had the tools and references to apply systems-based approaches.
In RI2E, we go further and we go deeper into RIZE work. The process work we’ll be diving into is designed to reveal core drives behind our behaviours, our egos - specifically how they blind us, limit us, and imprison us within systemic hamster wheels. RI2E is an intensive experience highlighting the relationship between Systems and Ego. We’ll be revealing how colonial systems/stressed systems require those who are working within them to operate from the place of ego. Within these systems, people will only do what they know and what they can get away with, which will be limited by the capacity of their own egos. Only until I really become aware of my behaviour (what I do and why I do it), can I truly disrupt, innovate, and evolve toxic systems. Becoming aware of our egos, combined with systems awareness and intelligence, will give us unbound leverage in developing projects, adding to current projects, and/or achieving goals whether it’s on the “Leadership Escalator” or not.
To misbehave intelligently, requires me to not only disrupt systems, toxic environments, or malignant social dynamics for the purpose of liberation - it also requires me to disrupt my inner systems of behaviour, my ego, and my comfort zones for my own liberation.
Metaphorically, If life were a playground filled with every play apparatus and equipment imaginable. And my ego was a chain attached to only one section of playground equipment. How can I fully participate in the playground of life, if I’m chained to only one playground apparatus? How can I fully experience the joys and possibilities if I’m limited to only one area?
RI2E is the breaker of chains...
We’re really looking forward to sharing RI2E and excited that you’re invited. If you’re taken R1ZE and appreciate it for what it is, see the value of it, and have noticed changes whether their big or subtle, and wish to go further with that is possible... then come through.
