In addition to what is covered within R1ZE, RI2E relates how human behaviour and systems interact, collide and merge which can lead to results that can either be beneficial or detrimental. We highlight how specific systems can harvest behaviours, influence behaviours, and manipulate behaviours - leading to social pathologies that affect the well-being of collective peoples either in community or organizational settings. R12E also focuses on creating or resurrecting systemic alternatives from an Indigenous lens. The process work within RI2E is designed to deepen the exploration of this content.

Ri2e trainers training:

This introductory session will explore the format and intention for the of RI2E trainers training which will take place on:

July 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2021.
Full Days: 9am to 6pm

This is exclusively for those have taken R1ZE, or have been a R1ZE trainer in the past, and who are interested in supporting RIZE projects when RIZE work is shared with organizations and communities.

Introductory Session Objectives:

• Review the premise of the Âhkamêyimowin Liberation Experience

• Provide overview of the RI2E trainers training set for July

• Clarify any potential misunderstandings and assumptions regarding the trainers training.
