This is an event for Indigenous Students and Indigenous Student leaders to take time to debrief the events that transpired this past month and for those who are pursuing the creation of an Indigenous Student Union on the University of Saskatchewan Campus.
Intention:
To provide a safe space for sharing, support, and reassuring collective strength, belonging, identity and resilience in the midst of social injustice.
To liberate from fear, anxiety, rage, and resentment for the allowance of clarity for healthy living and prevention of an accumulation of ongoing stress.
To collectively provide each other with strategies for safety, wellness, and reassurance of a strong grounded Indigenous presence.
To affirm collective dignity through peace and diplomacy as peoples of nations.
